What the Service Is

Deal Kill Switch is a preliminary screening tool designed to flag obvious zoning, regulatory, and overlay risks for NYC properties.

It is not legal, zoning, architectural, engineering, or financial advice.

What the Service Is Not

Deal Kill Switch does not:

- Replace professional due diligence
- Guarantee accuracy or completeness
- Confirm development feasibility
- Provide approvals or entitlements

All results are informational and conservative by design.

Deterministic Nature

Verdicts are generated by deterministic rules using public data. AI (when enabled) only explains results and does not decide outcomes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the service lawfully
- Not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the system
- Not rely solely on the output for investment decisions
- Verify all results with qualified professionals

Accounts and Usage

- Anonymous use is limited.
- Paid plans grant additional usage.
- Login is required to save history.
- We may suspend access for abuse or violations.

Payments and Refunds

- Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We may change pricing with notice.

Intellectual Property

All software, rules, content, and branding are owned by Dandolo Digital LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Dandolo Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or operational reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
